It is a Honeywell one designed to be programmed using Niagara as Tridium don't provide any small unitary or terminal unit controllers.The term Tridium branding is used to denote which OEM brand a workbench or jace belongs to. Tridium however are wholly owned by Honeywell.The Spyder is not a Tridium controllers. This line of controllers is programmed using a PC software tool called AX workbench and the Spyder uses an add on called the Honeywell spyder tool.AX itself (the Niagara software and Jace) is a system developed by another company called Tridium.
